It isn't unusual for us to be asked questions, so here we provide you with a list of commonly asked topics for you to peruse at your leisure.

  • How are the online purchases handled, and what details can you provide regarding them?

    Our online shop is powered by the world-famous PayPal, which is the number one online payment system. All checkout goes through their highly secure website to give you the maximum confidence in buying, and makes it as quick and easy as any online store.

  • How do you calculate shipping costs?

    Postage and packaging for goods ordered from our website are charged as follows:

    • Goods with total value of £0.01-£9.99: £2.00 p&p
    • Goods with total value of £10.00-£19.99: £2.50 p&p
    • Goods with total value of £20.00+: £3.00 p&p
    • Heavy items incur an additional charge, which is specified on the item description.
    • Orders made with the Alphabet Builder have a flat rate postage and packaging charge of £0.75 and are counted as a separate order.

  • How soon after ordering are my goods despatched?

    All orders are processed as soon as we receive them and are despatched within 2-3 working days.

  • Are the stalls at shows and events interactive workshops?

    No, it would be difficult to conduct workshops at these events due to space and the logistics of carrying enough material for good quality cards. We do however demonstrate the craft ourselves and answer questions, and there's the added bonus of being able to talk to us and other interested people in person!
